By signing this mandate form, you authorise (A) Premier Data Networks LTD to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and (B) your bank to debit your account in accordance with the instructions from Premier Data Networks LTD As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. The first month payment will be debited up to 21 days after the direct debit is received. Unpaid direct debits incur a fee of €9.95 and debits may occur up to 3 days earlier or after than your regular payment date due to holidays and weekends. Your first bill may be higher or lower than normal as your bill is prorated to the chosen payment date.
